When do I pay?

You only pay when we successfully fill your vacancy. After your new tenant moves in and you collect their first month's rent, we send you an invoice. Zero upfront costs, no monthly fees, no risk.

What if the lease falls through?

You pay absolutely nothing. If the tenant backs out, doesn't move in, or fails to pay rent, you owe us $0. We only get paid when you successfully collect rent from your new tenant - it's that simple.

What about smaller properties (less than 5 units)?

For independent landlords with 1-4 units, we offer custom rates tailored to your specific needs. Our pricing for smaller properties is designed to be fair and accessible for mom-and-pop landlords. Contact us for a personalized quote that works with your budget and property type.
