Private Room

Looking for someone to take over my room (private single room, shares bathroom with one roommate) from June 20 to August 28. Move-in can be earlier and you can extend the lease if you want. Rent is $1100/month, all utilities included. Roommates are all UCLA students. Prefer long-term but short-term is negotiable. Location: 512 Veteran Ave – 12-min walk to Bruin Bear (UCLA center), 15-min walk to Westwood Village with food, grocery, banks, cinema, bus stops, etc. Building has management and maintenance staff; most residents are UCLA students. Apartment comes fully furnished. I also have an adjustable desk, chair, mini fridge, and air purifier. You can keep all of them if you rent 2 months! Kitchenware and other essentials (unopened) are included. Video tour of bedroom and shared areas (bathroom, kitchen) available. Rent includes water, electricity, and Wi-Fi – no extra costs.
