Atrium apartments Fall Sublet

Hi!! My roommates and I are going abroad from September-December so I am subletting my room at the Atrium Apartments in Westwood LA. It’s a two bedroom two bathroom apartment, but the room can be rented out as a double or single. The room is currently priced at $2500 per month but happy to negotiate! My roommates aren’t actively looking for a sublet, but the room is available if you have a roommate or two in mind who’d be interested in the other room! The apartment is fully furnished with AC, a dishwasher, and balcony. The building has a gym and rooftop with a hot tub.
