Double Apartment Sublet

Beautiful new modern apartment located less than 10 min walk to Pauley Pavillion/ Bruin bear and 5 min walk to Westwood. The apartment has 5 double rooms each with a private bathroom, a shared living area, kitchen (each room has their own fridge), and an extra half bath. Washer, dryer, A/C and heating in apartment. Utilities is roughly 50 a month. My roomate and I are looking for someone to sublease our apartment for fall quarter while we are abroad. This could be 2 people looking to share a double or someone okay with paying more for a single (we are willing to negotiate).
