I am looking for a male to fill the last spot in my double in a 2 bd/1 bath apartment. The sublease term is June - September (flexible). You would be sharing the room with a male UCLA student who is respectful, clean and organized. The unit is fully furnished with dishes, kitchen appliances, pots/pans and the rent is $900 a month (negotiable).
